Description: This slipcover sofa and loveseat are very comfortable, featuring removable high end slipcovers with velcro to pull it tight onto the frame. The slipcover will enable you to more easily clean any stains that develop. Just take off the slipcover and throw it in the washing machine. Also featuring removable cushion covers on both the seat and back cushions. This is a neutral color upholstery which will be very easily matched with multiple decor styles and colors. The previous owner said that it was most likely from Kane Furniture, where they usually shop. If that is true, this likely cost something in the neighborhood of $1600 new for the set.

Condition: This is in very good condition. All the covers have been washed. There are no stains, and the fabric is very clean. The cushions have their full shape and the frame is also in excellent condition. The fabric has some very minor “pilling” which can be removed with a fabric shaver / lint remover, but I was able to get most of it with mine.
